Managing the complete recruitment life-cycle for sourcing the best talent from diverse sources after identification of manpower requirements
Planning human resource requirements in consultation of Heads of different functional & operational areas and conducting selection interviews. Experienced in bulk recruitment.
Supervise Training & Development programs with a view to enhancing productivity, building internal capability and quality
Planning the training calendar. Liaising with internal and external agencies for conducting training as per schedule and driving efforts for improving training effectiveness.
Payroll and Benefits Management.
Supervise Personal file, Leave and Attendance Management.
Maintaining the Disciplinary Process.
Counselling & Monitoring.
Introducing Policies in the Company as per BLL.
Ensuring proper practice of the Company Policy.
Educational Requirement: MBA/ Master’s in HRM from any reputed Govt. approved university.
JD of Officer / Coordinator
Maintain proper records of employee attendance and leaves.
Assist HR Manager in hiring and salary administration.
Submit online job postings, shortlist candidates and schedule job interviews.
Coordinate orientation and training sessions for new employees.
Ensure smooth communication with employees and timely resolution to their queries.
General administration and coordination.
Answering all internal and external HR-related queries and requests.
Assisting with payroll administration.
Maintaining and updating employee records.
Scheduling meetings, events, interviews.
Educational Requirement: Bachelor’s in HRM or any other subject from any reputed Govt. approved university.
